Man on the phone promised a quote, pick up day, and time. When we contacted him an hour before his agreed upon time.. he told me the value of my car dropped overnight and was now worthless. Extremely rude and sleazy, wish I had listened to the previous reviews. Don't waste your time with this place!
Highly recommend...patiently explained the process involved and answered my questions...then went out of their way to come purchase my car to my extremely remote location...and paid me exactly what his estimate was...even though my car and the distance traveled where both way to the negative...a business and a man both are worth only what their word is worth...I highly recommend this company and this man as reputable and trustworthy. being
Had used this company before to junk a car. The car was in bad shape, and I really wasn't looking to seeing a large sum of money. I was happy with the price I got. Sometime down the road I called again since I had such a good experience with them the first time. They straight up gave me a crock of crap and told me they would give top dollar "around the area". Funny, I called 3 other places which were all higher. Ending up getting three times the amount offered. Try and screw a repeat customer? That's really nice.
