I couldn't even get a free estimate done ,and emailed to me ,went back and forth with them trying to recieve an estimate to move forward couldnt even get that done ,now why would I wanna have my roof done by you guys if I can't even get an estimate lol dylan needs to be retrained in good business practices instead of running around being drunk with power because work does get threw without you knowing my roof went right to home depots roofers
Our Roof looks wonderful, and the work was all done in one day. The yard is clean and things are exactly the way they were before the roof was worked on. Dyllon gave us such a great presentation, he really knows his product well. His workers were really good. I would say that the whole thing was well worth the time and I think we got a good roof the our money.
It's been a good experience to this point Dyllon Rybka answered all our questions and have kept us informed with everything up until this point on getting a new roof and we are happy to have him help us through it.
I didn't hire them to do work. But when I was on the highway, one of their trucks came speeding up behind me and tailgated me as I was passing another truck. As soon as I changed to the right lane, their truck sped away at a minimum of 75-80mph in a 65. If this is the courtesy and professionalism they display in public, I would never trust them enough to hire them for anything.
I need to update my prior review and take this rating down from 5 stars to 2 stars. We are now 6 months out from having our roof done and our gutter that crew didn't properly rehang following their work is still not properly attached. Despite numerous attempts to contact them I am still sitting here hoping every time it rains that this isn't the time it falls and damages one of our cars. At first we were told it would be fixed the next time the crew was in the area and now we just don't get a response. I actually haven't reached out in a few weeks because I'm considering biting the bullet and finding someone else to do it. But I shouldn't have to pay for it to get fixed when it should have been properly reattached at job completion OR immediately upon my bringing it to the company's attention 6 months ago.
Blue square did a great job fixing my roof. I had hail damage to my roof due to a recent storm. I called them and they returned my call within minutes. They took care of everything, right from talking to the insurance company, showing the adjuster what was wrong etc. to getting the building permits and the whole nine yards. Dylon continuously kept me posted about the whole schedule. Great experience! I highly recommend them for your next roof job!
